Noize Technology LLC was founded by Walter Lee Decker in Charleston, South Carolina, with a single mission: to make noise awareness a standard feature of every new building. Just as smart thermostats, security systems, and access control have become expected building infrastructure, NOIZE aims to bring acoustic monitoring into the same category.
The company holds a patent-pending utility application for an integrated noise monitoring and tenant notification system designed for permanent installation during the construction phase. The technology measures noise levels while preserving complete resident privacy through a vibration-based sensing architecture that is physically incapable of recording audio content.
